Aren't I a Woman Questions

1) Sojourner Truth is responding to all of the men out there who believe that men are superior to women and that blacks in general are inferior. It seems as if, towards the end, she was responding to the little black man who said that women can't have as many rights as a man does.

2) She uses examples of how blacks and women aren't treated with respect. She compares her life with privileged people's lives giving evidence to support her claims.

4) If I were in the audience I would have been very impressed with her speech skills. To be able to capture someone's attention in person is one thing, but to be able to capture someone's attention through paper is very hard and I commend her for being able to do that.
